How to manage exhibitor applications and booths in Wix

Open an event application call, review vendors, allocate compatible booths and give exhibitors a place to check their details.

Wix Events & Tickets and Members Area. A published event, an application call and the Exhibitor Portal widget.

Link the event and open a call

Publish your event, then create an application call linked to it. Set the application deadline and write a clear jury question. Describe the event and what kinds of exhibitors should apply.

Collect the details you need

The application can collect company and contact information, a portfolio link, a work description and setup needs. Exhibitors sign in through Members Area so they can return to their own application and decision.

Review applications in one queue

Search and filter the submissions, open an application and save an approved, reserve or rejected decision. Private jury notes stay with the organizer; use the organizer message for information intended for the exhibitor.

Allocate compatible booths

Configure the available booth dimensions and power options. Assign a compatible space after reviewing the application. Allocation checks help prevent duplicate assignments; the app does not include an interactive floorplan.

Give exhibitors their next steps

Add the Exhibitor Portal widget to a site page. Signed-in exhibitors can see their decision, assigned booth and organizer message. Approved exhibitors also see arrival and load-in instructions. Payments and automatic emails are not included.

Questions before you install

Can exhibitors check their own decision?

Yes. Signed-in exhibitors use their private portal to see their decision, booth and organizer message.

Does the app collect booth payments?

No. Payments, automatic emails, interactive floorplans and automated jury decisions are not included.
